Terms and Conditions
PLEASE NOTE - While every attempt is made to provide the advertising at the provided and agreed terms, the following
covers those circumstances that would cover those situations which may be deemed 'extraordinary'. PortalToWorld.com will always
endeavour to provide the service that has been advertised.
1. PortalToWorld.com reserves the right to edit, revise or reject any advertising.
2. PortalToWorld.com shall be under no liability whatsoever by reason of error for which it may be responsible in
any advertisement where less space has been allocated than originally identified in prior correspondence or notification.
If this occurs, the client is to notify PortalToWorld.com and it is up to PortalToWorld.com's discression how (if any)
compensation is provided.
3. PortalToWorld.com does not guarantee any given level of circulation or promotion for an advertisement.
4. Those that are deemed to be the advertiser assume liability for all content (including text and graphics) of
advertisements published and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against PortalToWorld.com, including costs associated with defending against such a claim.
5. PortalToWorld.com will aim to provide all position paid advertisements with the respective advertisement placement.
If there is an occurrence where the position does not match the position paid, the client is responsible for notifying
PortalToWorld.com and it is up to PortalToWorld.com's discression how (if any) compensation is provided.
6. The advertiser shall pay the cost of advertisements used or those that are set but not used.
7. PortalToWorld.com may assist with an advertiser's advertisement at their own discression at no cost to resize or
manipulate an advertisement.
8. The advertiser will be responsible for errors appearing in advertisements.
9. Advertising shall begin when PortalToWorld.com believes it is clear that there are sufficient funds to clear the transaction.
10. PortalToWorld.com may amend these terms and conditions by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to check
these terms and conditions regularly and your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended. By using PortalToWorld.com you agree to the terms and conditions.
11. PortalToWorld.com provides links to sites on the Internet which are operated by other people. Using an external link
means that you are leaving the Site and PortalToWorld.com therefore takes no responsibility for and gives no
warranties, guarantees or representations in respect of linked sites.
12. You irrevocably indemnify PortalToWorld.com and its affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs
suffered or incurred by PortalToWorld.com, or any affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with
your use, provision or distribution of information or any part or the Site or any part or otherwise howsoever
arising in relation to any breach of these terms and conditions by you.
13. While every care is taken with PortalToWorld.com to ensure the Site is kept free from any malicious code or viruses, in your use
of PortalToWorld.com, you irrevocably indemnify PortalToWorld.com and its affiliates against any and all losses, damages and costs
suffered or incurred by using PortalToWorld.com.
14. PortalToWorld uses PAYPAL as its payment provider. All code was provided by PAYPAL for payment generation. PortalToWorld.com is not
involved directly with the processing of payments. Any related incidents should be directed to PAYPAL and PortalToWorld.com cannot be held
liable for any incidents that arise during the transaction.
Technical Considerations
a) The advertisement cost expressed on PortalToWorld.com covers the space of one advertisement. The dimensions
of each advertisement are: Image size height="60" width="120"
Each advertisement must conform to this size.
b) If more than one advertisement is requested, additional advertising costs will occur based on the current prices expressed
at the time on PortalToWorld.com.
c) We reserve the right to refuse an advertisement and/or link at our discression.
d) We also reserve the right to change the submitted image for formatting or data size constraints.
